Zastava m70 with a bad safety

A guy wants to sell me his m70 and of course I want to buy it, but there's just one issue, the safety doesn't work. He claims he got it that way but he also mentioned he has an ALG trigger, so I'm guessing he either messed something up or the trigger is bad or not sure what else. So my question is if this fixable and should I consider it?

Definitely fixable and worth looking into before passing on it. Safety issues are usually pretty straightforward to diagnose once you get your hands on it. What's the safety doing exactly. Stuck in one position or just not engaging at all?
